HELPING KNOWS NO BOUNDARIES is an impact campaign that accompanies the theatrical release of the film. In order to introduce tangible social and legal change in the Polish penal system, the organisers of the campaign: WATCH DOCS IFF and The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights are creating a strategy for the decision makers. Its aim is to cease legal liability of citizens who provide help and assistance to refugees at the Polish-Belarussian border. Helping other people should not be prosecuted by the state.
